Frequently Asked Questions

We get it, you want the deets!

Still have questions about our services? Check out our frequently asked questions section below! If you have even more questions or are ready to get started, send us an email or click the "book a call" button below.

  • Is there a service minimum?
Yes. There is a 3 hour service minimum per shift/visit to your home.
  • What if I don't have enough for someone to do for 3 hours?
We are self starters and can work independently. We will first work to accomplish any task you'd leave for us. If we finish those tasks before the 3 hours, we have a curated list of tasks that we can work on to maintain your house.
  • Am I locked into services?
No. You may cancel services at any time.
  • How will my PAM know what to do?
Before you sign up for services, we conduct a "get to know you" visit. We will come to your home and take detailed notes on any specific routines and things that you'd like done on a regular basis in the home so we know where to focus first. You will also be supplied with a personal "PAM" correspondence notebook where you can leave any additional or extra tasks that you'd like us to complete during that shift. and your PAM will write you love notes back! And if we are done with all of that, we also have curated lists on different tasks that we can work on in your home to keep ourselves busy and improve your space.
  • Do I need to be home for service?
No. You do not need to be home during services. Some clients will provide a spare key, or access code to their homes so we can let ourselves in and out when we are done. If you work from home, we do our best to be as quiet and "out of sight" as possible.
  • Is there anything PAM won't do?
While we try to take as much off of your plate as possible, there are a few things that we are not equipped to do: Babysitting/caring for children Dog walking or distributing medications Deep cleaning. We will wipe down counters and pick up any crumbs, but we will not be vacuuming, dusting, or scrubbing bathrooms. (We like to leave these tasks to other qualified professionals, and can even schedule them for you 😉)
  • Sooooo you will see all of my emails?
Typically, I will only open the emails that look like they have to do with an appointment, event, bill or anything else in particular that pertains to the scope of work you'd like me to complete. You could even create a separate email address just for emails that you'd like me to view.
  • Will you monitor my email all day, every day?
No. Typically we would check your inbox one or two times a day Monday - Friday between 9am-5pm. You should still check your emails regularly for any last minute changes.
  • What other tasks can I have you do?
We can make phone calls on your behalf like: - researching birthday party venues - vacation plans - scheduling appointments We can organize your digital cloud files and folders like: - photos - files Create and design party invitations Have something specific in mind? Just ask us!
  • What can you help me with during a productivity consultation?
I've worked with many clients through a video call where we discuss different issues such as: - hHow to set up a new house after a move the most efficient way possible and how to make sense of it all - How to find inefficiencies and make improvements in their routines. f you're wondering if this is something that could help you, please reach out and we can discuss this during a "get to know you" call.
